Nutrition Counselling for Pets

If you need support figuring out the best types of food to feed your furry friend, our veterinary team will work with you to determine what’s best for their overall health. Nutrition counselling assesses your pet’s current nutrition to identify any gaps or food that can be integrated to provide a more well-rounded diet.

What should I feed my new puppy/kitten?

During your pet’s first visit with us, some of our hour-long sessions will be dedicated to discussing their nutrition needs. When you first bring your pet home, it’s easy to get confused or overwhelmed by all the pet foods on the market. Based on their individual needs and overall health, we’ll help you make choices about the foods that best support their growth and development. We even carry many nutritionally balanced, veterinary-approved brands in our clinic. If you’re interested in learning more about nutrition counselling, please contact us at 705-522-4555.
